Keeping with the Ideal Police Canines’ Standard of excellence,
our assistant trainers include: Larry Wilcox and Tim Bliss.

• Larry's credentials include a background as a law-enforcement canine trainer and handler, tactical law enforcement instructor, canine utility and patrol course, advanced obedience and tracking course. Over the years, Larry and his K-9 partners have been credited with the apprehension of numerous high profile criminals, as well as locating lost children and the recovery of valuable evidence. He incorporates his work experience and tactical training into every dog chosen for our patrol dog program.

ALL of our dogs are highly motivated, with a high degree of hunt drive, retrieve drive and have the confidence to search on and off lead.

Our trainers will also teach your handler to be confident in his dog as well as the proper officer safety that comes with each discipline. It is our goal to enable both the dog and the handler to be successful on any mission that they may undertake.ey may undertake.
